About The Role
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused
Sales Agent – B2B to support corporate client acquisition and revenue generation. This role involves actively prospecting, engaging, and converting potential clients while supporting the overall B2B sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
Sales Execution
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle, including pitching, follow-ups, and deal progression
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of leads through the pipeline
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and align them with relevant financial products
- Ensure a positive client onboarding experience
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
- Share insights with the sales team to improve targeting and outreach strategies
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, KYC norms, and internal compliance policies
- Follow defined sales processes and maintain accurate documentation
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deal status in CRM systems
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics and report progress to the Sales Lead
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance) for smooth onboarding
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts
- Maintain structured MIS and dashboards for leadership review
- Participate in business reviews, planning, and strategy discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / client acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred (Good To Have)
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or broking industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Understanding of capital market products (Equity, F&O, MF, etc.)
