About the Role
We're hiring for our B2B SaaS product sales and marketing team. The role involves working directly with business clients to understand their problems, demonstrate our SaaS product, and convert prospects into long-term subscribers.
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role, not random calling. The position is structured to grow based on capability, not just years of experience.
Core Responsibilities (Applicable Across All Levels)
- Engage with B2B prospects via calls, meetings, demos, and online presentations
- Understand client pain points and position the SaaS product as a solution
- Conduct product demos and walkthroughs (live or recorded)
- Explain subscription plans, pricing models, onboarding flow, and value proposition
- Manage the SaaS sales funnel from lead demo conversion closure
- Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, inbound, outbound)
- Maintain CRM data, deal stages, and sales reports
- Coordinate with product/support teams for onboarding and customer success
- Build long-term relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
Role Breakdown by Experience Level
Entry-Level / Freshers (01 Years)
- Support senior team members in SaaS demos and client discussions
- Learn SaaS concepts: subscriptions, user onboarding, retention, and churn
- Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Support marketing activities such as content sharing, outreach, and campaign execution
Mid-Level (23 Years)
- Independently handle demos, discovery calls, and product presentations
- Convert qualified leads into paid SaaS subscriptions
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and trial-to-paid conversions
Senior-Level (5+ Years)
- Own SaaS revenue targets and key business accounts
- Lead enterprise or high-value SaaS product demos and negotiations
- Mentor junior sales & marketing team members
- Define SaaS sales playbooks, funnel strategy, and growth experiments
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and renewals
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and business conversation skills
- Interest or experience in SaaS, tech products, or software sales
- Ability to explain products clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and basic analytics
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or inbound leads is a plus
