Roles & Responsibilities

B2B Sales

  • Prepare and provide air conditioning quotations for project opportunities.
  • Engage and follow up closely with contractors throughout the sales cycle, from quotation submission to project award and sales conversion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key air conditioning contractors to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor competitors activities and market positioning, identify opportunities to leverage LG's competitive strengths, and secure project specifications. Work closely with retail buyers and shop managers to drive business growth.
  • Ensure timely and prudent collection of accounts receivable (AR) within approved credit limits and payment terms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with main contractors to maximize the inclusion of LG products in project specifications and submissions.

Inventory Management

  • Participate in weekly PSI meetings to provide project updates and forecast equipment requirements for confirmed projects.
  • Proactively forecast inventory requirements based on quotation trends and anticipated demand for A&A projects.

Training & Product Seminars

  • Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) sessions and product training for new and existing dealers to strengthen product knowledge and reinforce LG as their preferred brand for project submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operation, preferably in B2B sectors.
  • Strong sales and schedule management.
  • Proficient in Mircosoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

Additional Information

  • Work Location: New Tech Park Office
  • Salary will commensurate with experience + quarterly incentive scheme available
  • Prefer candidates with immediate availability or with 1 month notice
