About the Role
We're looking for a Program Manager to join the Founder's Office at Fluid (our B2B sector). This is not a typical PM role - think of it as a force-multiplier position for the founding team. You'll operate across business, product, operations, and compliance, picking up the highest-impact problem at any given time and driving it to resolution. If you love variety, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive cross-functional programs end-to-end — from scoping to execution to business review.
- Program-manage engineering sprints: track velocity, unblock teams, and keep releases on schedule.
- Build and ship product features for the business teams / customers (requirements, design coordination, UAT, launch).
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
- Improve inventory by partnering with supply, product, and data teams to identify gaps and drive action.
- Prepare and present structured business reviews for customers and internal leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks across the company and proactively propose solutions — no one needs to tell you what to work on next.
- Be the connective tissue between the founder and every function in the company.
Who You Are
- MBA graduate with 2 years of post-MBA experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
- A master generalist: comfortable switching between a compliance audit, a product spec, and a customer presentation in the same day.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking — you break messy problems into clear action plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp one-pager and present it to a C-suite audience.
- Biased toward action and speed. You'd rather ship 80% today than 100% next month.
- Deeply curious about how businesses work — you enjoy understanding unit economics, supply chains, and customer journeys.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching; you don't need a playbook to get started.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Notion, Google Sheets/Slides, SQL (nice to have), and BI dashboards.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in travel, aviation, or marketplace businesses.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC 2).
- Experience working directly with founders or in a Chief of Staff / Founder's Office capacity.
- Basic familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or technical product management.
What We Offer
- A front-row seat to company building — direct access to the founder and every strategic decision.
- Outsized learning curve: you'll touch more domains in 6 months than most people do in 3 years.
- High ownership and visibility from day one.
- Competitive compensation
