Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven professional to join our B2B vertical and lead partnerships with Banks & Insurance companies.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, relationship management, and growth, and can operate like an owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow partnerships with banks & insurance partners
  • Own end-to-end account management: onboarding service growth
  • Drive business growth within existing and new partnerships
  • Ensure strong service delivery & partner satisfaction
  • Handle payment collections & reconciliation
  • Lead review meetings & performance tracking
  • Identify new opportunities for territory expansion & partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–5+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
  • Strong relationship management & negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling enterprise / institutional clients
  • Good understanding of data analysis & business metrics
  • High ownership, hustle mindset, and execution focus
