We are looking for a sharp, execution-driven professional to join our B2B vertical and lead partnerships with Banks & Insurance companies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, relationship management, and growth, and can operate like an owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow partnerships with banks & insurance partners
- Own end-to-end account management: onboarding service growth
- Drive business growth within existing and new partnerships
- Ensure strong service delivery & partner satisfaction
- Handle payment collections & reconciliation
- Lead review meetings & performance tracking
- Identify new opportunities for territory expansion & partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution
What We're Looking For:
- 4–5+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
- Strong relationship management & negotiation skills
- Experience in handling enterprise / institutional clients
- Good understanding of data analysis & business metrics
- High ownership, hustle mindset, and execution focus
