Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Outreach SaaS Telesales Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The role involves driving sales by reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions. You will conduct research on potential client needs, handle customer inquiries, and craft compelling communication to persuade businesses to adopt our technology. Collaboration with the marketing and customer success teams is essential to drive results and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Customer Sales and Community Outreach to build and maintain client relationships
- Research skills for identifying potential leads and understanding client needs
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with SaaS products, B2B sales processes, and CRM software is a plus
- Experience in telecommunication, lead generation, or sales role is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
