ABOUT CLICKEON

Clickeon is a fintech-specialist digital marketing agency. We do groundbreaking work in the financial sector — forex, crypto, prop firms, and financial publishers. We're remote-first, fast-moving, and we've already built the systems, the case studies, and the playbooks. Now we need someone to pour fuel on the pipeline.

THE ROLE

Own LinkedIn and email outbound for Clickeon's agency services. This is not a send 50 templates a day job. You'll run multi-channel campaigns at a scale that only works if you orchestrate AI to do the heavy lifting — list-building, enrichment, personalization, reply triage, follow-up sequencing — while you focus on strategy, qualification, and closing.

We're looking for someone who has done this before, autonomously, and has the closed revenue to prove it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own LinkedIn + email outbound for our fintech agency services

• Design and run AI-augmented sales funnels end-to-end: ICP → list-build → enrichment → personalization → multi-touch sequencing → reply triage → handoff to call

• Scale outbound to 1,000+ qualified touches/month per channel without tanking reply rates

• Build, document, and iterate on automated workflows in Apify, Unipile, Instantly, n8n, Twenty CRM

• Write and test cold copy, A/B angle-test offers, refine ICP from reply patterns

• Manage the pipeline from cold reply → discovery call → proposal

• Turn our case studies into outbound proof, working with content/SEO/creative teams

• Report weekly on funnel metrics: lists built, sent, opened, replied, booked, closed

HARD REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable)

• 3+ years selling digital marketing agency services — not SaaS, not ad space. You've sold SEO / paid / social / content services to business owners and know what makes that pitch land.

• A demonstrated track record of scaling outbound autonomously — you've taken a channel from zero to thousands of monthly touches with measurable closed revenue, ideally solo or in a lean team.

• Hands-on AI tooling in your daily outbound — you actively use Claude / ChatGPT / Cowork in your workflow, not as a novelty. You can describe specific prompts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows you've built.

• Fintech sales experience — forex, crypto, prop firms, financial publishers, fintech SaaS, or similar regulated-finance verticals.

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator + email deliverability fluency — domain warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation, deliverability monitoring.

• English: native or fully fluent — written copy is the product.

• Built or maintained a Claude/GPT-driven personalization layer at scale

• Ran outbound for a marketing agency you previously worked at or owned
