About the Role
This role is closer to an SDR than a marketing automation specialist.
Your primary job: book qualified meetings using outbound cold emails.
No newsletters, no customer remarketing this is pure cold outreach.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run outbound cold email campaigns focused on meeting bookings, not opens or clicks.
- Write highly personalized plain-text emails with strong hooks, offers, and CTAs for different segments (industry, role, geography, account lists, etc.).
- Work with the Market Research team to define ICPs, build targeted contact lists, and improve list quality.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and HubSpot to research accounts and prospects.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaigns based on reply rates and meetings booked.
What Success Looks Like
- Hitting a monthly target of qualified meetings scheduled via email.
- High-quality, well-segmented lists and campaigns not spray-and-pray.
- Clear, conversational email copy that consistently gets replies and starts conversations.
This Role is NOT
- Newsletter execution
- Lifecycle / marketing automation / Lead nurturing
- Customer or existing lead remarketing
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream is fine. Post Graduates are preferred!
Must have at least 1Yr experience in email marketing / lead generation.
Location of the Job :
- Please note that this is a Full-Time ON-SITE position.
- Work from Office 5 days a week 10 AM till 7 PM
