Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Building & PR
- Social Strategy: Own the organic social media roadmap, including content pillars, platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn focus), and a consistent publishing calendar.
- Public Relations: Assist in crafting the PR approach to position Ample for enterprise brand as a thought leader in the B2B tech space.
- Always-On Branding: Manage Always-On brand awareness campaigns to maintain top-of-mind recall within our target enterprise accounts.
2. Paid Media & Performance
- B2B Performance Marketing : Monitor paid digital campaigns performance as per alignment with business objective and drive high intent B2B leads.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- * Partner with Sales to identify Tier 1 target accounts and execute 1:1 or 1:few marketing approach.
- *Utilize IP-based targeting and LinkedIn Account Targeting to deliver bespoke messaging to key decision-makers within specific organizations.
- * Monitor account-level engagement scores to optimise approach and alert sales.
3. CRM & Data Analytics
- Platform Expertise: Act as the power user for the CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), managing data hygiene and segmenting audiences for targeted outreach.
- Insight Generation: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for the wider marketing and sales teams.
4. Integrated Strategy & Customer Journey
- Full-Funnel Thinking: Design and execute integrated B2B campaigns that bridge the gap between initial awareness and final conversion.
- Journey Mapping: Craft and refine the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and high-value experience at every digital touchpoint.

- Media Proficiency: Proven track required in Integrated Media Planning; experienced in managing agency partners and multi-channel media budgets (Paid Social, Programmatic, and Search).
- AI-Forward: You are actively updated on AI trends in marketing and know how to leverage AI platforms to enhance productivity and campaign personalization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
