Job Description

What We're Looking For

A solo marketing operator who can build and run Eubrics entire US pipeline engine from scratch — strategy to execution, no team required. You own the number, not the activity.

About Us

Eubrics is a VC-backed AI sales enablement platform that helps enterprise sales teams perform better through conversational roleplays, real-time meeting guidance, and post-call analytics. Headquartered in San Francisco, we're now building our US market engine and looking for a marketer who can own it end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM engine to generate qualified pipeline from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in the US
  • Design and run end-to-end ABM programs — from account selection to demo booked
  • Build automated outbound systems across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels that run without daily manual intervention
  • Coordinate LinkedIn + email + cold calling + retargeting ads into one coherent sequence per account — not running them in silos
  • Use RB2B / Factors.ai to identify anonymous website visitors and convert them into leads
  • Run Google and Meta ad campaigns targeted at enterprise buyers
  • Build AI-powered workflows (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) to automate the full outreach-to-nurture loop
  • Layer intent signals (job change + web visit + content download) to prioritise which accounts get touched and when

What Success Looks Like

  • Demos booked from marketing-sourced leads, weekly
  • Qualified enterprise accounts entering the ABM pipeline, monthly
  • Healthy reply rates on email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Improving cost-per-demo from paid channels
  • Marketing-attributed pipeline contribution growing quarter on quarter

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven experience running B2B marketing for the US market, ideally from an early-stage startup
  • Strong hands-on ABM experience targeting 500+ employee accounts — no SMB background
  • Proficient with Instantly / Reply.io, Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) daily for content, research, and sequencing — not occasionally
  • Comfortable building lightweight automation workflows without engineering support

Must Haves

  • Worked in a startup with fewer than 50 people and know how to get outcomes with limited resources
  • You measure your week by demos booked, not tasks completed
  • Comfortable being the sole marketer with no team to delegate to
  • Have previously built or penetrated pipeline in the US B2B market
  • You build systems that run themselves — you do not manually execute repetitive work

Good to Have

  • AEO / GEO / SEO experience
  • Community-led growth — ability to identify and build organic presence in Slack communities, Discord groups, niche forums, and industry associations where enterprise L&D and sales enablement leaders spend time
  • PR-led publication growth — driving earned media placements and thought leadership to build domain authority
  • Influencer marketing — leveraging relevant industry voices and channels to generate leads
  • Executive roundtables, webinars, and virtual events that attract ICP decision-makers
