B2B Marketing Manager – IT Services

  • Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
  • Experience: 3+ Years
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing
  • Salary: ₹6–10 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for our IT Services business. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US-based clients, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through digital marketing and enterprise marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts and execute personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing programs using marketing automation platforms.
  • Create campaign strategies for the US market and work directly with US-based clients.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and web teams to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare campaign reports and present performance insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an IT Services or Technology company.
  • Proven experience in Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing and communicating with US clients.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and buyer journeys.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience in marketing IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data, or Technology solutions.Saas base Platform.
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms, intent data, and B2B marketing best practices.
