• Base Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

• Incentive: ₹500 per qualified meeting scheduled

• Incentive: ₹3000 per successful sale

• Expected performance earnings: up to ₹20,000+ per month

Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development & Lead Generation Intern to help grow our Learning & Development product powered by Modern Mint, a live leadership simulation used by professionals and institutions to build decision-making, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

This role focuses on identifying potential clients, starting meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and helping convert opportunities into meetings and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential organizations, HR leaders, founders, and L&D decision-makers

• Build and maintain targeted lead lists

• Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels

• Craft personalized messages that generate interest and responses

• Schedule meetings with interested prospects

• Track outreach activity, responses, and progress in a structured system

• Assist in nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners

• Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates

• Strong interest in business, startups, sales, or consulting

• Excellent written communication skills

• Comfortable researching and identifying relevant prospects

• Persistent, proactive, and organized

• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
