Job Description: B2B Marketing & Growth Specialist (IT Services)

We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Growth expert, who can bridge marketing, pre-sales, and business growth.

Must-Have

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (IT services preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (mandatory).
  • Campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • PPT/deck creation and storytelling.
  • Content creation (case studies, proposals, marketing assets).
  • Experience working closely with sales and pre-sales teams.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in RFP/RFI response or proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools:
  • HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce.
  • Google Analytics, Ads Manager.
  • Exposure to AI, Cloud, Data, or Digital Transformation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Performance Marketing (Primary Focus):
  • Plan and execute B2B paid campaigns:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display,).
  • LinkedIn Ads (lead generation, account targeting).
  • Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (MQL → SQL → Deal).
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Drive inbound and outbound demand generation strategies.
  • Sales Enablement & Pre-sales Support:
  • Create compelling:
  • Pitch decks & solution presentations.
  • Case studies, brochures, and solution narratives.
  • Translate complex IT solutions into clear business value messaging.
  • Support sales teams during client discussions and pursuit.
  • Branding & Positioning:
  • Define and strengthen Bilvantis brand positioning in the IT services market.
  • Develop consistent messaging across:
  • Website, decks, proposals, and campaigns.
  • Build differentiated value propositions for services and solutions.
  • Content & Thought Leadership:
  • Drive creation of:
  • Whitepapers, blogs, and industry insights.
  • LinkedIn thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with leadership to position them as industry experts.
  • Ensure content supports lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
  • Manage:
  • Social media strategy (LinkedIn-first approach).
  • SEO-driven content initiatives.
  • Email marketing and nurturing workflows.
  • Maintain a structured content and campaign calendar aligned with GTM goals.
  • Events, Webinars & Industry Presence:
  • Plan and execute:
  • Webinars, industry events, and conferences.
  • Drive registrations, engagement, and post-event conversions.
  • Support branding and networking at key industry platforms.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
  • Support launch of new services/solutions.
  • Develop:
  • Value propositions.
  • Messaging frameworks.
  • Competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Internal Marketing & Communication:
  • Manage internal communication initiatives:
  • Newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Create sales enablement kits and internal assets.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and delivery team.
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance Tracking:
  • Track and analyze:
  • Campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROI).
  • Funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversions).
  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights.
