Role Description The B2B Marketing Executive role at Offenso TechSchool is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. In this role, you will plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to promote training programs and services to corporate clients and institutional partners. You will conduct market and competitor research, identify target segments, and support the development of go-to-market strategies. On a day-to-day basis, you will create marketing collateral, coordinate with sales teams, manage lead-generation activities, and track campaign performance. You will also participate in client meetings, events, and presentations to communicate the value of Offenso TechSchool's solutions and strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design, implement, and optimize B2B campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Effective Communication skills to create clear messaging, marketing content, and client-facing materials.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in education, technology, or training services.
  • Proficiency with basic marketing tools (such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
