Role Description
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for contract manufacturing, private label, and OEM opportunities in natural, herbal, ayurvedic, and wellness categories.
Build and manage strong client relationships with domestic and international partners.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Understand market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the nutraceutical/health & wellness space.
Achieve revenue and growth targets as defined by the management.
Maintain reports of leads, opportunities, and pipeline through CRM/Excel.
