Your Role / Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and consult on B2B Integration and Managed File Transfer solutions for global customers.
- Work extensively on Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
- Assess and perform upgrades and migrations (on-premises or cloud).
- Optional: Work with containerized deployments (Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes).
- Optional: Familiarity with Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Sterling Control Center, Connect: Direct, IBM Transformation Extender, and Partner Engagement Manager.
- Design, install, configure, and validate solutions.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
- Provide go-live and post go-live support.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with IBM Support.
Your Profile:
- 5-8 years of strong experience in B2B Integration development and consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in solution design, installation, configuration, and validation.
- Comfortable with global customer interactions and post-implementation support.
