Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Institutional Sales Executive located in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities of the role include identifying and developing business opportunities with institutional clients, managing existing accounts, and building long-term partnerships. The executive will create and implement strategic sales plans, Structured lead generation, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will work closely with teams to meet sales targets, analyze market trends, and drive business growth through relationship building.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, identifying and acquiring new clients, and relationship management
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning, contract negotiations, and attaining sales targets
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer engagement
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software
  • Prior experience in the luxury goods or perfume industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is an advantage
