Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement
- Provide market insights and expertise to educate clients through the recruitment cycle
- Track and report on client feedback, product content, pricing, and service performance
Lead Generation & Account Management
- Generate new leads and manage accounts to achieve KPIs for placements, gross profit, call volume, and client acquisition
- Increase business mix and revenue from individual clients
- Support sales and marketing strategy alignment with company objectives
Planning & Reporting
- Maintain a weekly schedule of planned sales activities
- Update Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director on client feedback, market trends, and business opportunities
