Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Head located in Surat. The B2B Head will lead the organization's business-to-business operations, develop strategic partnerships, drive sales growth, and oversee account management. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, leading a team to achieve sales targets, managing client relationships, and optimising sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for identifying trends, making data-driven decisions, and optimising business processes.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, close deals, and achieve business goals.
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow positive client relationships and oversee key accounts.
  • Strong Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively towards achieving objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with partners and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the fashion or textile industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
