Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full B2B sales cycle: Lead Close
- Conduct discovery calls with HR, L&D, and Founders
- Sell outcomes, not courses
- Create customized proposals and close deals
- Generate quality leads via LinkedIn, email, and partnerships
- Work with Founder's Office on messaging and ICP
- Track leads, conversions, and maintain CRM
- Build repeatable sales processes and share market insights
Qualifications:
- Excellent Sales and Communication skills to identify opportunities and build relationships
- Proven ability to strategize and implement B2B marketing and sales initiatives
- Self-motivation, team collaboration abilities, and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in the education or tech industry is an added advantage
