Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: Lead Close
  • Conduct discovery calls with HR, L&D, and Founders
  • Sell outcomes, not courses
  • Create customized proposals and close deals
  • Generate quality leads via LinkedIn, email, and partnerships
  • Work with Founder's Office on messaging and ICP
  • Track leads, conversions, and maintain CRM
  • Build repeatable sales processes and share market insights

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Sales and Communication skills to identify opportunities and build relationships
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement B2B marketing and sales initiatives
  • Self-motivation, team collaboration abilities, and a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in the education or tech industry is an added advantage
