B2B Growth Intern

We are looking for a Growth & Outreach Intern who can help us connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities.

You will work directly with our team and reach out to founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

What You'll Do

• Find potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Reach out to founders and decision-makers.
• Start conversations and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Schedule meetings for our team.
• Take calls with founders when required.
• Maintain a simple record of your outreach and conversations.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable talking to new people.
• Willing to do outreach every day.
• Comfortable speaking with founders professionally.
• Willingness to learn sales and client acquisition.
• Consistent and target-oriented approach.

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only internship with no fixed salary.

You earn based on the business you help generate.

The more qualified opportunities you bring in, the more you can earn.

The exact commission structure will be explained during the selection process.

This role involves cold outreach, follow-ups, and regular conversations with potential clients. If you are uncomfortable with outreach or speaking to new people, this role may not be the right fit.
