B2B Growth & Business Development Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 2–6 Years

Role

We are looking for a motivated professional to support our global business growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
  • Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to build prospect lists.
  • Execute email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the leadership team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach campaigns.
  • Track lead generation activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.

Preferred

  • Experience in Healthcare, AI, SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
