The role reports to the head of Partnerships and is responsible for franchise acquisition / expansion. The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner

Position Summary

Dreamtime Learning is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Franchise Manager to oversee the development, growth, and successful management of our franchised B2B educational centers. The B2B Franchise Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint, building strong relationships with franchisees and clients, and ensuring the overall success of our B2B franchise operations.

Responsibilities

Franchise Development:

Identify potential franchisees and conduct thorough evaluations to select suitable partners aligned with Powered by Dreamtime Learning's values and objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted franchise development strategies and lead generation initiatives.

Franchise On Boarding And Training

Facilitate comprehensive on boarding programs for new franchisees, ensuring they understand the Dreamtime Learning brand, business model, and operational standards.

Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees to ensure they adhere to established best practices and maintain high-quality educational services.

Business Performance Management

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of individual franchise locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Conduct periodic performance reviews with franchisees, offering guidance and support to optimize their business operations.

Relationship Management

Cultivate strong, positive relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact for support, guidance, and conflict resolution.

Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship between Dreamtime Learning's corporate office and franchisees.

Compliance And Legal Oversight

Ensure franchisees adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including franchise agreements and local business regulations.

Work closely with the legal team to address any legal issues or disputes that may arise.

Marketing And Branding

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to attract corporate clients and businesses.

Support franchisees in local marketing efforts, leveraging Dreamtime Learning's brand and resources.

Expansion And Growth

Identify opportunities for franchise expansion in new territories or regions.

Develop growth strategies and work closely with franchisees to successfully execute expansion plans.

Innovation And Continuous Improvement

Qualifications and Required Skill set

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Conduct business presentation and evaluate the potential of business partners
  • Proven experience in B2B franchising, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel to various franchise locations as needed.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years
