Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Field Sales Engineer. The Field Sales Engineer will identify and qualify industrial prospects, conduct needs assessments, and propose suitable fluid dispensing and automation solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical product demonstrations to quotation, negotiation, and order closure with manufacturing customers. The role involves regular virtual and on-site customer meetings (as required), coordinating with internal technical and application teams, and supporting system trials or evaluations. The Field Sales Engineer will maintain and grow key accounts, provide post-sales support in coordination with service teams, and prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions and value propositions.
  • Experience in Sales Management, Industrial Sales including maintaining long-term customer relationships and developing growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline, enabling effective communication with technical stakeholders and understanding of industrial automation environments.
  • Proven experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales, preferably in automation, dispensing, or fluid handling domains.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital collaboration platforms; valid authorization to work in the relevant region.
