B2B Fashion Merchandiser

Role Description

Ruei is looking for a Fashion Merchandiser for its B2B vertical who can manage merchandising operations, production coordination, and stock movement across SOR partners and production vendors. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and an understanding of women's ethnic wear and seasonal planning.

Responsibilities

• Co ordinate with SOR partners regarding stock movement, styles, and requirements

• Manage inventory and stock tracking across different channels

• Assist in production and seasonal planning

• Work closely with the design and production team for timely execution

• Co ordinate with production vendors and follow up on deliveries

• Maintain records of stock, pending orders, and production updates

• Monitor fast moving and slow moving styles for better planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Design, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or production coordination preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Good understanding of women's ethnic wear and fashion operations

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently

• Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
