About Us

Triloma Skin and Hair Clinic is a growing dermatology and aesthetic care provider with multiple locations across Bengaluru, offering advanced treatments including HIFU, Laser Hair Reduction, Hydrafacial, GFC/PRP, and more. We're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven B2B Executive to build strategic partnerships that bring high-value patients to our clinics.

Role Summary

We're hiring a B2B Executive to develop and manage corporate and institutional partnerships that drive consistent patient inflow. You'll identify, pitch, and close tie-ups with companies, co-working spaces, hotels, salons, gyms, diagnostic labs, and insurance/TPA networks — turning relationships into a steady B2B revenue stream alongside our consumer marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and onboard corporate clients for employee wellness packages (skin/hair health camps, discounted treatment plans, on-site consultations)

* Build referral partnerships with complementary businesses: gyms, salons, spas, hotels, diagnostic centers, and wellness platforms

* Negotiate and manage tie-ups with insurance providers/TPAs for covered dermatology procedures, where applicable

* Develop B2B pricing structures, corporate packages, and bulk-booking offers in coordination with clinic doctors and operations

* Represent the clinic at health camps, corporate wellness fairs, and B2B networking events

* Maintain and grow a pipeline of partner leads using CRM/tracking tools

* Coordinate with the marketing team (Hemanth, Deepthi, Abhinav and team) to create co-branded collateral and partnership-specific campaigns

* Track partnership performance — leads generated, conversions, revenue per partner — and report monthly to leadership

* Support the upcoming HSR Layout launch by building B2B relationships in that catchment area ahead of opening

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or corporate alliances (healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or beauty industry preferred)

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person pitching, and closing deals independently

* Basic understanding of healthcare/aesthetic industry packages and pricing is a plus

* Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting

* Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi

* Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and hit monthly partnership targets

Good to Have

Existing network in Bengaluru's corporate, hospitality, or wellness ecosystem

Experience working with insurance/TPA empanelment processes

Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance norms
