Role Overview
The Sales Executive Events is responsible for driving delegate sales, sponsorship sales, and strategic
partnerships for PolyMint's conferences and industry networking platforms. This role focuses purely on sales
achievement, revenue growth, and client acquisitiondistinct from business development strategy functions.
Key Responsibilities
Event Delegate & Sponsorship Sales
- Drive ticket, booth, and sponsorship sales for all PolyMint events and conferences.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across targeted industry sectors.
- Convert inbound leads and proactively hunt for outbound prospects.
- Pitch event value propositions clearly to decision-makers and industry executives.
Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing sponsors and recurring event clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction leading to repeat participation.
Sales Execution & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct structured sales calls, demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain updated CRM records with activity logs and deal statuses.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the events, marketing, and operations teams.
- Provide weekly revenue reports and sales forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in event sales, expo sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand industry trends and pitch value effectively.
- Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling.
- CRM usage experience preferred.
