B2B Enterprise Sales Head – Enterprise Programs

We partner with organizations to design corporate AI bootcamps, capability accelerators, and team transformation programs that change how businesses operate. We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who can drive this transformation at scale — someone who understands enterprise buying cycles, speaks confidently to CXOs, and can translate business challenges into high-impact AI programs.

What You Will Own

End-to-End Revenue Ownership Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and strategic outreach to pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.

CXO-Level Engagement Sell directly to CHROs, CXOs, L&D Heads, and Transformation Leaders across industries including Real Estate, FMCG, BFSI, Technology, and more.

Consultative Solutioning Work closely with Curriculum and Operations teams to co-create tailored AI capability programs aligned with sector-specific needs.

High-Value Deal Closures Own and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets with a focus on ₹20L–₹1Cr+ enterprise deals.

Long-Term Partnerships Build trusted advisor relationships that extend beyond one-off programs into multi-phase transformation engagements.

Who You Are

Enterprise Sales Leader (5–10 Years Experience) Background in EdTech, Consulting, Corporate Learning, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Services.

Proven Closer Demonstrated success in high-ticket B2B or enterprise deals, particularly in learning, consulting, or transformation services.

Strategic & Consultative You diagnose before you pitch. You understand business problems, workforce gaps, and organizational change dynamics.

AI & Digital Fluency Comfortable discussing AI adoption, automation, digital capability building, and transformation strategy with senior stakeholders.

Strong Communicator & Presenter You can lead boardroom conversations, present structured solutions, and negotiate with clarity and confidence.

Builder's Mindset Comfortable in a fast-scaling environment where ownership is high, processes evolve, and growth is rapid.
