Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven B2B Email Marketing Specialist to join us full-time. The idealcandidate has hands-on experience in building and executing performance-oriented emailmarketing campaigns in a B2B environment. You should be data-savvy, organized, and proactive

with an ownership mindset.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling email journeys that driveengagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. If you enjoy working in a high-growth,dynamic setup and thrive on taking full ownership of your initiatives this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for B2B campaigns
  • Build segmented and personalized campaigns to nurture leads across different stages ofthe funnel
  • Leverage data to continuously optimize email performance open rates, CTRs,
  • conversions
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to drive actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp,etc.)
  • Ensure database hygiene, compliance, and deliverability best practices
  • Report on key metrics with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong command of email tools, CRM systems, and automation workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with performance data
  • Solid understanding of lead nurturing and B2B sales cycles
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for B2B audience
  • Ownership mindset, collaborative attitude, and bias for action
