About the Role

We're on the lookout for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to power our B2B lead generation engine. If you have 36 years of experience in B2B campaigns and love crafting strategies that convert prospects into clients, this opportunity is for you.

You'll be the go-to expert for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate measurable ROI and accelerate business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design & launch targeted B2B email campaigns for lead generation.
• Create nurture sequences, drip campaigns & promotional workflows.
• Segment audiences by buyer persona & sales funnel stage.
• Partner with sales & content teams to craft high-converting messaging.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs & content.
• Track campaign performance: open rates, CTR, conversions & ROI.
• Maintain list quality, deliverability & compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Share insights & reports to improve future campaigns.

What We're Looking For

36 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing & lead generation.

Proficiency in automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, MoEngage, etc.).

Strong knowledge of segmentation, lead nurturing & CRM systems.

Ability to guide or create compelling B2B content.

Deep understanding of email KPIs & compliance standards.

Bonus Skills

Experience in SaaS or IT services marketing.

Basic design/HTML knowledge (Canva, BeePro, CSS).

Familiarity with webinars, landing pages & lead magnets.
