Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns across paid, inbound, and organic channels
- Manage and optimize Paid Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads
- Build and scale AI-driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and inbound pipeline
- Develop and execute Inbound Marketing initiatives including content, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, messaging, and channels for performance improvement
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline lead management and attribution
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI marketing, SEO, and demand generation strategies
Tools:
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads (optional)
- SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO
- Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, dashboards)
- AI tools for SEO, content, and campaign optimization
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Marketing, AI SEO, and Inbound Marketing
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
