About the Role – B2B Content Marketing Lead (Experienced in Paid Ads)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Content Marketing Lead to head our content initiatives, shape our brand narrative. This role requires deep expertise in B2B content strategy, hands-on execution in Paid ads, and strong leadership to guide a growing team of writers and creatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands B2B SaaS buyer journeys, can think strategically, and knows how to deliver impactful content that aligns with demand generation, brand positioning, and overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall content and performance marketing strategy aligned with brand growth, demand generation, and pipeline objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end content initiatives including blogs, landing pages, case studies, ad copies, and campaign assets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Design, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive inbound growth and lead generation.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign and content performance based on traffic, engagement, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
  • Lead thought leadership and brand-building initiatives across digital channels.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and editorial quality across all communication touchpoints.
  • Mentor and manage internal content teams, freelancers, and external collaborators where required.

Qualification:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, and Paid Ads.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving end-to-end content strategy and Paid Marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, WordPress, HubSpot, Notion, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
