Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced B2B Communication Designer to be a part of our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ideating, conceptualising, and designing high-quality visual output, including hands-on work.

The candidate should be passionate and creative, with the ability to contribute independently while supporting the Lead Visual Designer.

Who you will design for: International clients

Relevant professional experience should range between 2–7 years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design execution and delivery: Support the creative vision and assist in the execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Innovation and trends: Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate image creation and enhance creative workflows.
  • Project contribution: Contribute to the design process from concept to delivery, creating pitch decks, brochures, social media posts, event presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control, reviewing all design work before it is presented to clients.
  • Innovation and trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our design services.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the design team and clients.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including presentations, social media marketing, branding, and other visual materials.

CTC range: 4 lakhs to 10 lakhs per annum (depending on candidate strength and roles & responsibilities the person can handle)
