Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a B2B Collaboration Executive (Commission Based). The B2B Collaboration Executive will identify, approach, and build partnerships with organizations, training institutes, and corporate clients to promote Techonquer's cybersecurity courses and programs. Daily activities include prospecting potential partners, pitching collaboration models, scheduling and leading online meetings, and managing ongoing partner relationships to drive enrollments and joint initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to structure partnership proposals, tracking collaboration performance, and optimizing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility. The B2B Collaboration Executive will also maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in a CRM or similar system and provide regular reports on outcomes and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close B2B collaboration deals in a commission-based environment.
- Proven Account Management and Team Management abilities to nurture partner relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful execution.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and refine collaboration strategies based on data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at educational institutions, training firms, and corporate clients.
- Prior experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or channel sales; experience in EdTech, training, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote, commission-based, target-driven environment, with strong self-motivation and time management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
