Cold Calling Specialist (US Market)

Compensation:₹30,000/month + 5% MV (No Cap)

We book qualified meetings for B2B AI service companies in the US. Not through email blasts. Not through spray-and-pray sequences. Through real phone conversations with real decision-makers. We're scaling fast and need our first cold calling hire, someone who picks up the phone, earns the conversation in the first 30 seconds, and books meetings that actually show up. If you see cold calling as a stepping stone to closing, this is your fastest path there.

What You'll Do

  • Cold call US prospects daily — 40 to 60 conversations a week is the target
  • Research every prospect before dialing — company signals, hiring activity, pain triggers. No generic pitches
  • Follow up every call with a personalized text or message. Real, human writing. Not templates
  • Book qualified meetings for our clients. That is your primary number
  • Review your own calls, take feedback, and iterate fast
  • Use AI tools — Claude, Perplexity — to research and draft faster

Who We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years in B2B cold calling, SDR, inside sales, or business development — or you've sold something scrappy on your own
  • Comfortable cold calling US business owners, operators, and executives. This excites you, not scares you
  • Clear, confident spoken English. US prospects will form a judgment in the first 10 seconds
  • You write sharp and human. Your follow-up messages don't sound like a CRM spat them out
  • You already use Claude or ChatGPT in your daily workflow — not as a novelty, as a tool
  • You want to be closing deals within 12 months and see phone reps as the fastest route there

  • Curiosity — You go deep before you dial. You study lost calls more than won ones
  • Communication Clarity — Sharp, short, adaptive. You don't sound like a script on or off the phone

Work Details

  • Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Tuesday to Saturday (US hours, non-negotiable)
  • Weekly Off: Sunday and Monday
  • Location: Remote (work from anywhere)
  • Probation: First 3 months

Compensation

  • Fixed: ₹30,000/month during probation. Post-confirmation: ₹5 to 10 LPA based on performance
  • Performance Pay: 5% of Meeting Value per qualified meeting (MV ranges ₹500 to ₹5,000 per meeting depending on client). No cap — applies from day one including probation
  • Leave: 1 paid leave per month. No half days
