BeeHyv Software is looking for a B2B Cold Calling Specialist to engage senior decision-makers in the US market and generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is focused on outbound phone-based prospecting, not generic pitch delivery.
We need someone who can speak clearly, listen well, handle volume, and build genuine interest with the right prospects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Drive outbound calling. Reach out to US-based companies and connect with decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, and Product Leaders.
– Generate meetings. Build interest in BeeHyv's services across software development, AI and GenAI, cloud, and data engineering, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
– Qualify leads. Use structured conversations and frameworks such as BANT to assess prospect fit and understand business need.
– Track activity. Maintain accurate call logs, meeting updates, and lead details in the CRM.
WHAT YOU NEED
– Experience. 5 to 10 years in outbound B2B calling, preferably with US or international clients.
– Communication. Excellent spoken English, strong listening skills, and confidence engaging senior professionals.
– Domain understanding. Working knowledge of technology services such as software development, cloud, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation.
ROLE DETAILS
Location Hyderabad
Shift 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Work Model Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in office. Remaining hours are work from home.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Someone with experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B outbound calling who is comfortable with high-volume calling, professional conversations, and consistent meeting generation.
