Position: Business Development Officer (8 LPA Salary)

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through new B2B partnerships.
- Identify and onboard institutional clients (hospitals, NGOs, distributors, CSR partners, govt. programs).
- Manage lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Prepare regional business plans, revenue forecasts, and performance reports.
Alliances & Project Coordination
- Support implementation of alliance projects and partner onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for partners on product/workflow understanding.
- Assist in CSR, government, and NGO-led initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospital admins, rehabilitation officers, and distributors.
- Represent the organisation at events, conferences, camps, and exhibitions.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and technical support to institutional clients.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and assess market opportunities.
- Maintain updated sales pipeline and share insights with management.
- Recommend strategies for pricing, partner retention, and business model improvement.
Travel
- Frequent domestic travel (up to 65%) for meetings, client visits, and project execution.
- Occasional international travel when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or Business Development.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or institutional business development experience (healthcare/medical devices preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Experience in GeM tenders or CSR projects is an added advantag
