Job Description B2B Business Development Intern

Company: VedXlence
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Internship Duration: 4 Months

About the Role

VedXlence is looking for highly driven MBA/BBA students or fresh graduates to join us as B2B Business Development Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate sales, partnerships, and revenue generation in the EdTech & Skill Development ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients (colleges, corporates, training partners, institutions)
  • Assist in lead generation, pitching, and closing business deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners
  • Support partnership discussions, MoUs, and onboarding processes
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with the sales and leadership team on revenue strategies
Eligibility / Qualifications
  • MBA / BBA students or graduates (Marketing, Sales, Business preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn, target-driven mindset
  • On-site availability in Hyderabad for 4 months
Stipend Structure
  • 1st Month: Performance-based stipend (credit-linked to revenue generated)
  • 2nd to 4th Month: 10,000/month fixed plus variable incentive up to 15,000/month based on performance
