About the Role
VedXlence is looking for highly driven MBA/BBA students or fresh graduates to join us as B2B Business Development Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate sales, partnerships, and revenue generation in the EdTech & Skill Development ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients (colleges, corporates, training partners, institutions)
- Assist in lead generation, pitching, and closing business deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners
- Support partnership discussions, MoUs, and onboarding processes
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with the sales and leadership team on revenue strategies
Eligibility / Qualifications
- MBA / BBA students or graduates (Marketing, Sales, Business preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn, target-driven mindset
- On-site availability in Hyderabad for 4 months
Stipend Structure
- 1st Month: Performance-based stipend (credit-linked to revenue generated)
- 2nd to 4th Month: 10,000/month fixed plus variable incentive up to 15,000/month based on performance
