ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Business

Development Manager (BDM) to handle sales for two key services:

1 LED

Frame Advertising

2 TVC

/ Film / Corporate Video / Product Video Production

The BDM will independently generate leads, pitch both services,

and close deals with full ownership and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire clients for LED frame advertising campaigns.

Bring clients for TVCs,

brand films, digital content, product videos, etc.

Complete end-to-end

sales cycle Lead Generation Pitching Negotiation

Closure.

Prepare proposals, quotations & coordinate with clients

throughout the process.

Maintain daily sales reports & weekly performance updates.

Build long-term client relationships through consistent

follow-ups.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

(MANDATORY)

310 years hardcore B2B/B2C sales experience.

Experience in Advertising

/ Media / Marketing / Production Sales preferred.

Excellent spoken & written English.

Strong pitching, negotiation & closing skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented & able to work independently.

Must

have a Laptop

+ Strong Internet Connection.

Ability to work remotely without supervision.
