B PHARM GRADUATES FRSHERS- NON TRAINED ONLY

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Pharm graduates to join our Medical Coding team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records, physician notes, and clinical documentation.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
• Ensure coding compliance with client and industry guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and escalate when required.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in coding audits, training sessions, and continuous learning activities.
• Meet daily coding targets and turnaround time requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, and Medical Terminology.
• Basic knowledge of disease processes and healthcare documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• CPC, CCS, or any medical coding certification (preferred but not mandatory).
