Hiring for B&M Lead (Buying & Merchandising) for a leading designer apparel brand based in Kolkata. We are looking for a fashion-forward professional with 10–12 years of experience in buying & merchandising, preferably from pret wear/designer retail. The role involves driving end-to-end range planning, assortment building, buy planning, OTB management, inventory control, and commercial alignment of collections. The candidate will closely partner with design, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure strong product storytelling, margin optimization, and business-focused decision-making. A strong understanding of fashion retail, consumer behavior, category performance, and stakeholder management is essential. NIFT or equivalent qualification preferred.
