Job Title: Faculty – B.Com (Full-Time)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated B.Com Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end preparation of B.Com semester-wise content and delivery, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for students across multiple subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver semester-wise B.Com curriculum aligned with university standards
- Teach one or more subjects such as:
- Financial Accounting
- Business Law
- Economics
- Business Mathematics / Statistics
- Develop structured study plans, notes, assignments, and test series
- Conduct live and recorded lectures with a focus on conceptual clarity and exam readiness
- Analyze student performance and provide mentorship and doubt-solving support
- Take ownership of YouTube channel growth, including:
- Content planning and execution
- Engaging video delivery
- Student interaction and community building
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns and syllabus changes
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)
- Prior teaching experience for B.Com or similar undergraduate courses
- Ability to handle multiple subjects will be highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, engaging, and student-centric teaching style
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools
- Adaptable and responsive to student needs and feedback
