Job Description:
- At least two or three End-to-End migration experience in Azure lift and shift migrations with various source environment like VMware, Hyper-V, Physical servers and Other Clouds.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Azure migration and deployments.
- Must have hands on experience in infrastructure migration projects and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud including implementation of Azure.
- Migration tools – Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery
- Strong understanding across Azure infrastructure components to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure engagements that includes assessment, design and migrations.
- Should have hands on experience on designing architecture (Best Practice), Network components (VNET, Subnet, Load Balancing, VNET peering, VPN) deployment and Connectivity establishment using IP sec or Express Route .
- Should have hands on experience in VM deployments using Azure Portal and templates.
- Should have hands on experience on Azure native security components like Firewall , WAF , NSG , DDOS and Defender .
- Advance knowledge in networking, virtualization, automation, scripting
- Should have hands on experience on Azure Native backups components.
- Should have hands on experience Linux OS ( Red hat / SUSE SLES ) and Windows OS.
- Should have hands on experience Trouble shooting of Azure and Basic OS issues.
- Strong knowledge on DNS and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing the architecture.
