Job Summary

Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI development, Azure Databricks integration, and Microsoft Fabric. The candidate will be responsible for building high-performance semantic models, interactive dashboards, and real-time reports for enterprise customers. This role requires close collaboration with customer teams.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

.Power BI Development

• Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service

• Power Query (M language)

• Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schema)

• Advanced DAX (measures, calculated columns, time intelligence)

• Power BI report & dashboard design

• Deployment and workspace management

• Performance optimization using Power BI Performance Analyzer

.Power BI Visualization

• Best practices for enterprise-grade dashboards

• UX-focused visualization design

• Semantic model optimization

• Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

.Azure Databricks (ADB) Integration

Developing Power BI reports using Azure Databricks as the data source

Understanding of Databricks SQL endpoints and performance considerations

.Microsoft Fabric

Fabric-enabled Power BI development

Experience with Fabric semantic models and dataflows

Exposure to Fabric Real-Time Analytics (advantage)

.Performance Optimization Tools

DAX Studio

Tabular Editor

Performance tuning of: Power Query, Data Models, DAX calculations

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent Degree

Experience :

4-8 years
