JOB LOCATION: Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement and maintain Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and scalability of PaaS resources using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with security standards by configuring Azure Security Center, Key Vault, and Identity & Access Management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure PaaS deployments and integrations.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies for PaaS workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Azure administration with strong PaaS expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and AKS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, CLI, and ARM templates for automation.
• Knowledge of Azure networking concepts (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers).
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and RBAC.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and cloud governance best practices.
• Certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305).

Domain Preference: Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain will be an added advantage.
