Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics Prometheus Grafana ITSM and SQL to support enterprise monitoring observability and incident management initiatives
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in designing monitoring solutions troubleshooting performance issues building dashboards and automating operational processes across cloud environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics
- Prometheus Grafana
- ITSM tools ServiceNow Remedy or equivalent
- SQL KQL Kusto Query Language
- Incident Problem and Change Management
- Monitoring Alerting and Observability best practices
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement end to end monitoring and observability solutions on Azure
- Create dashboards alerts and reports using Azure Monitor Grafana and Log Analytics
- Monitor application health infrastructure performance and service availability
- Analyze logs metrics and traces to troubleshoot production issues
- Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools for automated incident management
- Develop and optimize SQL and KQL queries for operational insights and reporting
- Collaborate with application infrastructure and DevOps teams to improve system reliability
