Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Azure platform engineering, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security.
- Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
- Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Azure platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with US-based leadership and product teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Drive the implementation of Azure best practices in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
- Own and lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts during production outages or critical incidents, ensuring rapid root cause analysis and system restoration.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance to meet the demands of healthcare billing systems.
- Champion Agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of platform features.
- Manage team capacity, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Oversee incident response, operational tasks, and proactive platform improvements.
