Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead Integration Developer with strong Azure experience to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. This role is responsible for integration architecture, standards, mentoring developers, and delivery of secure, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.

Define integration architecture patterns (API-led connectivity, event-driven,).

Develop and manage REST/GraphQL APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event workflows.

Own integration standards, reusable components, error-handling frameworks, and logging strategies.

Work with platform, application, and data teams to onboard integrations.

Ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and observability across integrations.

Review designs and code; provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers.

Support CI/CD pipelines for integrations and promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration designs.
