Azure Integration Developer (API Management + Logic Apps + Service Bus)

About the role

Versovate Labs is hiring an Azure Integration Developer to wire up a global client's Dynamics 365 contact-centre to their telephony platform and core back-end systems. You'll design the Azure API Management gateway layer, own real-time syncing across the contact-centre value chain, and bring strong Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions chops.

What you'll do

• Design and stand up the Azure API Management gateway as the single integration entry point

• Build the CTI integration (screen-pop on inbound call, interaction history sync) to the client's telephony platform

• Develop Logic Apps Standard flows, Service Bus messaging topologies and Azure Functions for back-end orchestration

• Implement OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / JWT / mutual-TLS for B2B integration

• Implement the CRM data migration ETL pipeline (multi-year historical interactions and cases)

• Set up Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for environment promotion and rollback

What we're looking for

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) — mandatory

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) — mandatory

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) — mandatory

• 5+ years integration / middleware development; 3+ years Azure (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)

• Strong experience with Azure API Management policy authoring

• Hands-on OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / JWT / mutual-TLS

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)

• Power Automate Premium connectors (HTTP, custom connectors, Dataverse triggers)

• Familiarity with enterprise integration buses or legacy mainframe data exchange formats

• Service Bus messaging patterns at scale
