About Position:
We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to design, optimize, and manage scalable CI/CD platforms. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive DevOps maturity and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Design, optimize, and enhance CI/CD toolchains using Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure services.
- Build and maintain shared libraries and reusable CI/CD pipeline templates.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Jenkins masters and agents in a highly available, fault‑tolerant environment.
- Implement auto‑scaling strategies for build agents to support dynamic workloads.
- Customize CI/CD pipelines based on business and project requirements to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify technical debt and define remediation plans.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and propose long‑term corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for CI/CD processes, tools, and best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Jenkins (Pipeline as Code, plugin management, and customization).
- Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong scripting skills using Python.
- Experience with SQL Server CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
